Star Spangled Picnic

My brother surprised us by visiting for part of the weekend. We decided to picnic in our in-progress fire pit area.  I scrapped the picnic using my Star Spangled Picnic. What a fun and exhausting day!
After scrapping this, I know I need a plate and a cup. Email me (katlen124(at)gmail . com) a suggestion and if I use it, I will send you the plate, cup and your suggestion.

Time again for The Faith Sisters' Blog Train. This time we are basing the kits on a scripture 1 John 5: 13.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 
To me, the verse talks about the scriptures and their purpose, so I have included a book of scripture, arrows that indicate eternal life and a tree.

I have been accepted as a designer at Faith Sisters!!   I am so excited. Today I worked on re-looking/re-working an older kit and putting it in the store. Dotty is such a fun kit. Faith Sisters Blog Train this month features a great scripture from James 1: 5 ->
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

This scripture is also next year's youth theme at church.

I love this scripture not only for the historical context, but also for the promise of wisdom.

Blog Train - Endless Mercy
