Sorry I missed last week - went on a campout with family and church. OK - we didn't camp, but we did go canoeing and eat dinner outside which was cooked over a fire.On the home front, no more floor plans and meetings about a new house. The parents will be moving into the little existing one. We spent most of this week moving stuff from one room to another and shuffling boxes.
With the animals, all the babies are growing up so fast. The guineas are looking more like the adults by the week. This photo shows the adult in the back with a few adolescents. 12 of the 26 are still here - we gave 7 to a neighbor. Good odds for guineas. I think I have seen no more than 20 grasshoppers all season.
