Zucchini

The garden is doing ... mediocre. Producing, but not in volumes. The squash does well in hiding the fruit of the vine and we had some that got kinda big. Here is what we did:

  • brown sausage - added Italian seasoning
  • scooped out the squash and added to sausage
    (one of the squash had big seeds - they went for the chickens)
  • spooned sausage mix into zucchini and topped with shredded cheese.
  • backed @300 for 50 min.
Things to change - mix the cheese in.
I really liked this.
